A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for all orders under $1,000, and a 30% non-refundable deposit for all orders over $1,000.
Your deposit secures your event date and is strictly non-refundable.
The remaining balance must be paid by the due date specified. Failure to do so may result in your order being cancelled, and your deposit will be forfeited, unless prior communication has been made and a mutual agreement is reached.
For orders placed less than seven (7) days before the fulfilment date, full payment is required within 24 hours of the quotation being issued.
If final payment is not received by the due date, we are under no obligation to proceed with the order, and all payments made will be forfeited, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfil your order due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind or failure to read product descriptions.
Delivery and setup fees are dependent on the venue location and will be included in your final quote.
Once delivery and setup are complete, we are no longer responsible for any damage to the cake. You are responsible for providing a stable table and suitable environment. Cakes are heavy and require a sturdy surface, with an ideal room temperature of 23°C or below.
If you or a representative choose to collect and transport the cake, you assume full responsibility for its condition once it leaves our care.
Orders must be collected within the selected pickup time slot. Failure to do so may result in delays or forfeiture of the order.
While we will work closely with you to achieve your desired design, all cakes are handmade and subject to artistic interpretation.
By placing an order, you agree to trust our creative judgement.
Reference images are used as inspiration only and will not be replicated exactly.
All deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellations made within seven (7) days of the event will result in full payment being forfeited.
Changes to size, design, or flavours must be made at least two (2) weeks prior to your event. Changes requested after this time are not guaranteed and may incur additional charges.
In some cases, orders may be rescheduled subject to availability.
1. If your event is affected by a hard state lockdown or anything related to covid-19, the monies paid for your cake(s) order will go into credit for your next order or you have the option to postpone the order to a later date.
Our products may contain or come into contact with allergens including milk, wheat, nuts, soy, and other ingredients.
You agree to inform your guests of this risk and release us from liability relating to allergic reactions.
If flowers are provided by an external supplier, we can arrange placement for an additional fee.
You acknowledge that fresh flowers are not food-safe and may contain pesticides, insects, dirt, or other contaminants.
We reserve the right to photograph and/or film our work for promotional purposes.
Fulfilment of this agreement is subject to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to labour disputes, accidents, Acts of God, or other unforeseen events.
